CREW is raising $10,000 to help send members, especially apprentices and other low paid workers, to the 2026 Labor Notes Conference in Chicago.

Will you help send a rank-and-file electrical worker to learn, grow, and share the skills of rebuilding a democratic, fighting labor movement?

As a thank you, we'll send you a postcard with beautiful artwork by Walter Crane.

Checks can be made out to "Electrical Worker Rank-and-file Education and Defense Fund" and mailed to PO Box 6475 Richmond, VA 23230

CREW’s sister organization, the Electrical Worker Rank-and-file Education and Defense Fund (ERF), is a Virginia nonstock, nonprofit corporation currently seeking tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable foundation, dedicated to providing electrical workers with the tools they need to fight for justice on the job and for stronger, more democratic unions.

ERF's work is made possible by generous donations from CREW members and from supporters who share our vision of a labor movement that uses rank-and-file power to fight for all working people.

We have also been fortunate to gain the support of progressive, pro-labor community/social change foundations. ERF has never and will never solicit or accept any funds from any employer-related or anti-labor sources.
